To be honest I have not had personal sales experiences with the sales team , but would consider Joanne of of Coffs Harbour's top gun sales woman with an honest no bull crap approach to marketing properties, It is all to frequent that agencies care not about the seller getting the best marketable price for their commissions just to get a sale ,, here we find that to get repeat business from property owners the opposite can be experienced from One Agency , no other agency I know respects the vendors so well , purchasers get a similar treatment, it's why I have seen this agency grow so fast with Joanne's management .
