As above.Jodie contacted many people on our behalf,one being a generous building inspector who minimized our costs. She perceived when some buyers could not have followed through and tactically culled them We could have lost our current sale without Jodie's communication skills.She negotiated perfectfully on our behalf Jodie worked consistantly for our specific needs.Her initial statement was "I m here to serve you".That she certainly did with her perseverance,market knowledge and above all tailoring our sale to our individual needs.Jodie was extremely transparent,explained her skills and knowledge and took a personal interest in us as human beings.Jodie assisted us fininancially by waiting for the right time by keeping our costs to a mimimun when it would have been more to her advantage not to.
