I have no hesitation in again endorsing Jodi's friendly enthusiastic personality and responsive manner while always being professional in our dealings. We were already aware of the Sales process Jodi had clearly outlined and followed with the previous property marketed. However 9 Poinciana although of a high standard of presentation attractive to buyers on inspections it had a negative in the more limited living area floor plan. As a consequence it required the exercise of patience, persistence and additional resource by Jodi to match a right fit buyer. Throughout the process Jodi showed no frustration remaining positive and providing regular feedback.
