2019, is when i had the pleasure of meeting Jodi Westcott, for the first time. We shared a very good friend in command, her name is Colleen Lee. At that time, i was looking of selling another property and i did put my trust in Jodi's hands and she did a Marvellous job, she was also dealing with not very nice people, but her kind nature and Professionalism, helped her to get the job done. After that, we became friends and i expressed the desire to Jodi, of wanting to sell, the big family home, it was time to get rid off 29 Eucalyptus Avenue in Annandale and to get me into a smaller house. I did tell Jodi that i needed to renovate the place before selling it. At the start of January 2021, i started the renovation, it took quite a while, until it was finished and after it was done, Jodi encouraged me and pushed me to start tiding the house up, to make the place presentable, to dressed it up nicely and pretty, because it was time to sell, it was time to put the house on the market. I listened to her suggestions and good advices. The place looked very nice, quite simple, but elegant, we both were happy with the resolts and we did get some positive feedback from alot of the buyers, who were coming through the house. If Jodi, didn't give me that extra push, i would be more than likely still living at that address lol. As the house was finally on the market, Jodi, did get some family interested to buy my house, but there was this particular family, that kept on coming back, with more offers and Jodi knew straight away, that they were our buyers. Jode worked her magic with this particular family, she didn't want to lose them, she knew, how much they loved the place and at the end, we finally signed up the contract, it wasn't all roses at the beginning, we had some obstacles, but Jodi, never lost faith, unfortunately, she was dealing with me 🙄 as well as she was with my "solicitor" 👀 Thank you Jodi, you're a wonderful human being, a brilliant Agent and a beautiful friend ❤
