I met Jodie when she was working for a friend of mine. Jodie sold his home and a couple of others in the same area, so by the time it was my turn she knew the whole area. She sold two of my houses in record time and for record prices. Nothing was too much for her, she was very happy to give advice without sarcasm, and always willing to lend a hand. I have never known an agent to pick up a brush or to help organize if I was running late until Jodie came along. I have met plenty of agents in my time and believe me some can be extremely rude especially as in my case, being a single female. Jodie is well educated and knows how to talk to all with respect. In this market I didn’t expect it to take so long to find a buyer for our property, I think it would have been better to have stated the price we wanted instead of waiting for offer. It would have been quicker and the outcome more successful if it was stated “offers over $”.
