We had a great experience with Jodie selling our home. It is worth noting Jodie faced some very tough situations and negotiations during the sale process.  It is to Jodie's credit that she managed various issues very well looking after our best interests whilst at the same time remaining on positive terms with the buyer. I was impressed with the manner in which Jodie carried out her role for example offering (before being requested) to carry out various actions and corresponding outside of standard hours always in a friendly and helpful manner.  I would be more than happy to work with Jodie again to sell another property for us in the future.

Jodie understands the industry and market and made a concerted effort to answer my many questions, including accessing historical hard copy information from building files held by the local council because I was not located in Queensland. She continued to respond to queries post settlement. Jodie is professional, respectful, responsive and easy to deal with.
