Initially I listed my house with another agent on the coast who had an exclusive listing of my property for 90 days and had no success in selling the house and provided a terrible service. I contacted Jodie a few days prior to the exclusive contract ending and she took over and had a contract with 3 days of her taking over! Unfortunately this contract fell over due to finance but the amazing Jodie had a backup buyer in her back pocket that signed a new contract the day the other one was terminated! Her professionalism is second to none and she was fantastic through the entire process. I highly recommend Jodie if you are wanting to sell your house. Noel and I had the pleasure of having Jodie Hedley-Ward as our Agent to sell our property, the moment we appointed her to be our agent Jodie was on the go finding buyers for our property.
