I cannot speak highly enough of the kindness, authenticity, and professionalism of Jodie, David, and the whole team at McGrath Caloundra. Following an unexpected/poor medical diagnosis, we needed to sell my parent's great unit on Kawana Island, and relocate them closer to family down south. Everything depended on achieving a quick sale at a good price, and the place wasn't even near ready to be presented in it's best light. Jodie took the time to listen and understand the situation, and then got to work on the right approach. Jodie's approach was professional (she found a number of potential buyers within days), genuine (she and David both rolled up their sleeves to clean the unit and do some overdue minor 'fix-its'), and caring and compassionate (she was really cognisant of making the process as stress-free as possible for her clients). We ultimately achieved a great result, and were thrilled to be able to easily navigate something that seemed so complicated when we first set out. The delay in posting this review is totally due to my own oversight - it should've been done much sooner. I have no hesitation in recommending Jodie - who is one of the nicest and most professional people I've ever met.
