Jody is unlike any agent i have worked with in the past. She is easy to talk to, has the personal touch and does what she says she will do. She sold our house for over the asking price within hours of it being on the market and arranged everything with no issues. Our issues started during the completion process. Jody worked outside of the area she was responsible for to try and fix the situation, after a couple of attempts we finally moved into our new property. Jody kept in touch to make sure that we were ok and settled. These small touches are what makes Jody an all round good egg :-D I would recommend Jody to anybody looking for a human and not some kind of loud voice in a suit to sell their property. Buying and selling a house rates about no 4 on the stress indicator ...and I was stressed ! After much searching I found my perfect house and the perfect team...Jody and Sam. Jody was an excellent communicator,knowledgable, knew the area so gave great advice and not only worked for the vendor but gave balanced attention to me (the purchaser). Everything was signed sealed in a few days due to the team's diligence. Sam was a star backup , calming, nothing was ever too much trouble. He's also great with dogs !!
