We didn't listen and still insisted to sell the apartment at the price we wanted. Jody worked very very hard and created every opportunity to introduce potential buyers to view it. She always gave us updates straight after the views and discussed with us the opportunities and challenges. We knew it was not easy. Eventually, she managed to sell it without auction or anything at the price we think reasonable so that we can repay the mortgage and move on to the next chapter.
