We have had Kayla come to our place to give us I think it was about 3 valuations in the past on our property and she has always been absolutely lovely. Finally it came time to sell our place and we asked Kayla back to come and help us sell. She told us exactly what was going on, what to expect and that it can be a stressful thing to sell your home but she always reassured us that it “ONLY TAKES ONE PERSON” to buy a house. So we signed up. From the time we started we had interest in our open inspections. Joe took care of the open house inspections on both the Wednesday and Saturdays. Joe was always punctual and showed up and even was required to stay back for those potential customers that wanted to have a longer look. Both Kayla and Joe were up front with us and separated the wheat from the chaff and gave us solid information and rejected the offers that were just rubbish. I chose Joe Albioli from YPA to sell my property and I wish to explain why. I had three real estate agents give me appraisals. One was ‘Mr Cocky’ and felt like he was ‘talking the talk’. Another agent presented himself okay but then I never heard from him again! As soon as I met Joe, we wanted him to be our agent. He really is a class above them all. Joe is genuine, honest, and a good listener. After meeting Joe, he followed up with a phone call. I asked Joe to write me a letter which I needed for the bank. Joe visited the next day with the letter. It took us a while to get ready to sell, but Joe kept in touch. Joe showed that he genuinely wanted to help us sell our home. What Joe really brings to the table is experience. Experience of being able to read people, to get the best offer for his clients.
