Joe was extremely reassuring about this sale at a particularly difficult time, i.e. during a pandemic, when auctions and open inspections were not permitted. He constantly kept us updated via phone, which put us at ease. He was also able to recommend conveyancers and tradespeople who could support the preparation for sale. This made the process a lot easier for us as vendors. His recommendations were excellent, and he was punctual and professional with all parts of the process. Selling a property can be an anxious time, but his persistence and professionalism with all parties involved made this sale a great success.
