A lot of people like my self are very busy and don’t have time in negotiation, so my words to joe were don’t call me until a offer is written on paper which he did and got $20,000 more then what I thought we were going to get. Joe was a great agent to have... especially as we were first home buyers. Along the way he always advised what we needed to do next even if it didn't necessarily involve him (e.g. you need to contact your house insurer and advise them of XYZ). I also loved the fact that we could just text him to communicate as that was easiest for us with our jobs etc. Thanks Joe!!!!!
