I have to give Joe Campisi 10 out of 10 His knowledge and honest professionalism In marketing our house was first class And the result well above expectations I’ve used the services of mr Campisi in the past and I will use him again
Overall, I am not happy with his service. When I did my first inspection on the property, he told me there are visitor parkings on my building and I believed him without checking it. After I purchased the property and I found out there are no visitor parking at all. It is false advertising! I find him not as helpful as a property agent could be. A lot of things are done on the vendor's term and as a buyer I am not happy and felt being cornered in a lot of things, i.e. to have a super short settlement and if I can't achieve it I have to pay the land tax of the vendor's.
Joe is very knowledgeable in his work & was able to provide answers to our questions about the property. Highly recommended.
