Joe Da Mata

I had a great experience with Joe. He was friendly, professional and always easy to communicate with. His market knowledge and negotiation skills were excellent, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate his help and would happily recommend Joe to others.

Joe was great to work with , he brought great energy , worked very hard and was diligent in troubleshooting and navigating all aspects of the sale. I’ve worked with a few agents in my time but Joe certainly stands out as one of the best.

Joe kept me positive through the sale of my property even when the market is as volatile as it has been. He kept me informed of everything that was going on and I didnt have to chase him he chased me to make sure I knew where we were at. Highly recommended Joe and his efforts to help me with the sale of my property. Thanks again Joe

Joe and Lawrence from Xceed did a fantastic job with my recent property purchase. I truly had such a positive experience, they were both incredibly kind, genuine and a rare find in the current market. Nothing was ever too much trouble as Joe went above and beyond to help with anything I needed and made me feel genuinely valued throughout the process. I never once felt like just another number, but rather a client he truly cared about. In a market where homes often feel like they sell themselves, and after some less than great experiences with other agents, it was so refreshing and uplifting to work with people who were so warm, welcoming and professional. I’m very grateful they were part of my buying journey and highly recommend others using the service.

Joe was very professional and we got an incredible outcome from the sale of our property.

Joe is very knowledgeable in the industry, very charismatic and pleasant, which made the purchasing experience enjoyable and stressless. I highly recommend using Joe if you plan to sell your property.
