Joe is an absolutely amazing agent. He worked with us through a lengthy period where we were looking to sell our rental property. We had many obstacles towards the end of the rental period and also during the home preparation period leading into marketing the property for sale, these were due to us living interstate. Joe was amazing in organising many different trades to resolve maintenance and repair issues, and his trade contacts were excellent value, he would meet trades onsite and ensure the jobs were completed to standard, he would then follow this up with photos and videos that he would later send through to us. Nothing was too much trouble for Joe and his only focus was to achieve a great price for us (we achieved well above asking price) and also ensure the buyer was receiving a great home in excellent condition. Joe stands out that far from other agents, that I personally received a call from my conveyancer towards the end our settlement date to tell me what a caring, compassionate and honest agent she though he was, and I couldn’t agree more. Joe from my experience is very good at managing the process I believe for all parties. In this case there were three, the seller, the buyer and the tenants in the property I purchased. I was informed regularly as needed along the way. Also during the process I was impressed at how Joe has helped the tenannts thru the process and assited them with sourcing a new rental in a very tight market. This was not something that I think Joe had to do but I believe did this as a service so that every party was looked after. Joe works for XCEED realty and I think definitely lived up to the named and exceeded in his dealings with all parties.
