I contacted exceed just for info and was contacted almost immediately by Joe and from the very start to the sale of my property I found him to be extremely passionate and energetic about the prospects of finding a buyer for me which he did very quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe for his passion and moreover his knowledge in real estate Thanks heaps Joe Kindest regards David
Joe is such a lovely person, so easy to deal with, great communication and professionalism, nothing was too hard. Great positive mindset and best of all he got the job done!!! Highly recommend his services and would use him again in a heartbeat!!
My experience with Joe was extremely positive, he was able to turn a stressful situation into a calming and positive outcome. Joe knowledge in realestate was shown during the whole sale process remaining professional, consistent and accommodating. Would use Joe every time and would 100% recommend him.
Joe was fantastic and he really customised the approach to selling our property. He communicated well and always kept us the loop every step of the way. Definitely recommend Joe.
We chose Joe to help sell our home after meeting him and his amazing personality shone through from the start. Joe helped us from the very start to guide us through our first sale of a home, answering any questions we had and never hesitated with any help we needed. We had full communication the whole time at every step of the way with full transparency. We would not hesitate to pick up the phone to call Joe if we were to buy/sell a house again in the future and would recommend him to anyone we know for this reason. We cannot thank him enough for the support he gave us during this time.
Joe helped to sell our property in East Perth in Nov 2023. From day 1, Joe kept us up to date with what was happening and was very responsive through email or mobile. We had some issues with our tenant but Joe was very patient and understanding and spoke to her several times on our behalf. In the end, he managed to come up with a agreement that was beneficial for all parties involved. He worked late into the evening to show our apartment and managed to get a good price for us within a very short time. We are very happy with his work and will not hesitate to recommend his services or use him again should we need to sell another property.
Selling our property with Joe was a great experience throughout. His entire approach, professionalism and awareness of the market was reassuring and confirmed to us that we were in good hands.
I liked Joe from the 1st time I met him. He is always friendly and warm. I had a sense then that I was dealing with a rare and honest agent. When I 1st met him, he even advised me to wait to sell my property so I could get a better price. I didnt know at the time but he kept an eye on the property and when it was in the selling price range that I had initially mentioned to him, he contacted me - how awesome is that? Joe kept me informed throughout the process from when we started to advertise right through to after settlement. He even organised an electrical inspection that was required as part of the same on my behalf as I was unable to do it at the time. This is my 3rd property dealing with Xceed Real estate and my 1st using a selling agent and I have not yet been disappointed. I am so happy with the service provided by Joe and would not hesitate to recommend him at any time. Thank you Joe!
Absolutuely the best agent, total reliabiltity and trust , We can highly recommend Joe to any client, he will look after all your needs and Joe has a great understanding of market trends, we will continue to use Joe and Exceed as our agents as we have done several times now.
This is the second house Joe has sold for us this year and I again can not fault his work. He maintained consistent communication throughout the whole process (an extended settlement date) and never lacked professionalism. Joe is such a hard working individual and exactly the type of person you want to help sell your house. I had complete trust in Joe and his process! A true gem!
Joe was brilliant from the start. There were a number of things that could've made the transaction tricky with the 2 owners living in different states, but nothing was too hard. He explained things clearly and succinctly for first time sellers, and gave his honest opinion on improvements needed to be made on the property before it went to market. He communicated constantly, making sure we were always in the loop, and there was no such thing as a stupid question from us. In the end we received an above asking offer on the property before it was even listed on the market. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to sell their property.
Joe was a great agent. Knowledgeable, respectful of our time and helpful with a few niggling issues pre settlement. He even ironed out some issues for us post. Good guy, would definitely recommend.
