Joe helped to sell our property in East Perth in Nov 2023. From day 1, Joe kept us up to date with what was happening and was very responsive through email or mobile. We had some issues with our tenant but Joe was very patient and understanding and spoke to her several times on our behalf. Joe was brilliant from the start. There were a number of things that could've made the transaction tricky with the 2 owners living in different states, but nothing was too hard. He explained things clearly and succinctly for first time sellers, and gave his honest opinion on improvements needed to be made on the property before it went to market.
