I originally bought a house in Nollamara 12 years ago and Joe was the sales agent at the time, I remembered thinking he was a good agent then, as my experience with property at the time was low and he managed to get me to pay too much, and was a smooth operator! 12 years later when I decided to sell the property I gave him a call and was not disappointed. He is an absolute weapon. The sale was part of a divorce settlement and there was lots of issues going on and it was no easy task for him working with both parties and constant roadblocks. He managed to get an awesome price and sold it quickly. He was almost well priced and knew exactly when to push the bank and buyer when there finance was struggling! Would highly recommend him!

We entrusted Joe with the sale of my parents home after my mum died.
