From my first conversation with Joe about the sale of this property he clearly outlined each step of the process and wasn’t perturbed by the fact that the owner was currently living overseas and wasn’t confident with digital technology. Joe demonstrated a solid knowledge of the area and current market trends. He advised which items were important to rectify before sale and advertise unit to sell. Communication was positive and supportive, making digital information easy to process. Joe was extremely generous with his time, regardless of actual hour of the day. Without Joe’s dedication to this sale I doubt whether we would have reach our sale price and he achieved this after two openings.
