Joe has been very accessible during the whole process despite suffering severely from the flu. He has been ably supported by office staff who were generally well informed on details and if there was something they were not aware of, they would promptly seek full information and return a call to advise of progress or reasons for lack of it. I was responsible for many delays in getting property ready for sale but Joe and his staff were patient and understanding, giving professional advice to delay placing house on the market until some basics were completed thus giving us the best chance of the good sale price we achieved.
