We had another well renowned named agency in the industry try to sell our home prior to Platinum and they had no real urgency or duty of care.. very disappointing we may say.. Joe not only sold our home but he sold it to the same buyer who came through the Open Home from the other agency and got the buyer to pay more than they offered the 1st time.
