These days it is hard to find a honest agent, at first instance I thought Joe was over-quoting my property, his quote was $30,000 higher than all other agents I has spoken to, however, he sold my property for $10,000 above his estimate. The best agent I have ever used
Joe was able to achieve a great result for my mum's house despite difficult circumstances, which included a property in need of TLC and so out of step with the market, shared house ownership between my mum and another party, and a high minimum sale price set by the other party. Joe not only achieved the minimum sale price but substantially over at a point in an auction campaign where there had been little market interest to date. Aside from the result, I was pleased with Joe's communication throughout which was always responsive and timely.
