Joe was always friendly, knowledgeable, professional and always helpful. He made time to individually discuss and inspect properties where required. He was in regular contact without feeling like I was pressured or harassed. Joe used various means of communication (email, phone, text message) which was extremely useful and appreciated as I am not always contactable straight away due to work commitments and meetings. There was a property whereby I put down a holding deposit but didn't end up going through with the purchase. Joe was very understanding and reasonable and returned my holding deposit almost immediately - this was very refreshing and unexpected based on previous dealings I have had with others.
