Joe was working for us in the worst possible time, right before cov19 started, things were booming in the housing market, day of the auction things were starting to affect the real estate industry, people were nervous, but not Joe! Joe continued to work on getting a result when there was nothing but doom and gloom being reported Joe took on every lead and worked on it. I often felt that a sale wouldn't be possible in these times but Joe persisted to work with a positive attitude like a dog chewing a bone he would not give up til he got every last bit of meat off that bone. Joe's approach was honest and we felt he was always working with our best interests in mind ( not the interests of lining his own pocket) Joe gave great service before and after the sale, we didn't feel pressured to sell and it was always our decision. We felt that if we had any other agent they would have given up or convinced us to make a decision that we would want to make and would have regretted. I'm am sure that If you choose Joe to work for you you would be more than satisfied with his service I have no reservations in having joe work for me again
