Cathal was great to work with, was responsive and informative on the processes and communication. Could not fault Cathal on his communication and understanding of our situation. Note: the problems we encountered were with the processes themselves (or the timelines) and with our lack of understanding on “the next steps” for bank/conveyancing etc. we are in nether. Country vic, where a contract does not need to be signed for the offer. This then started a chain reaction of not meeting deposit terms, organising building inspection, then following up with the cooling off period. Although “preapproved”, the bank and there processes held up deposit. Adding a lot of confusion, and time urgent items, which is extremely stressful and affected our family/life/work. Understanding you work for the vendor, but not sure if this is a new Melbourne thing because of the market - it did not occur like this when we bought in Melb about 15 yrs ago.
