Although I was impressed with the professionalism of Joe at RE/MAX, I was disappointed in the advice about the market conditions at the time. As a result, after advertising my property for "Offers over $485,000", I finally had to settle about 6 months later for $415,000, well below my expectations. Although this is a function of the poor market conditions in Brisbane, I felt that I was not properly informed of the worsening market. I believe it will take a long time for the Brisbane market to recover.
