My experience with JJ was great! I had been looking at properties for years across SE QLD. I inspected a couple of units in Cathedral place and they were not exactly what I wanted. JJ did not put any pressure on me to buy these units, but when one did become available that he thought I might want, he promptly invited me in for an inspection. It was exactly what I wanted and I made an offer. I feel he fairly represented both the seller and buyer fairly and made what can be an ordeal an easy transaction.

I met JJ by accident, through enquiring about a unit marketed and sold some years ago, after being told that the unit wasn't for sale JJ went one better and contacted the owner who wasn't interested in selling, JJ contacted the owner a second time to no a vale. After trying a third time the owner agreed to sell the unit providing the price was right and it was. In other words JJ will go out on a limb for his clients and we as new owners are very happy with it all the effort he put into getting this unit for us
