Joe was helpful and courteous throughout. The reason I wouldn't give a 5 star is that he indicated that $900k sale price would be achievable. When it became apparent that interest was lower he managed my expectations my advising that this was due to me not having a lock up garage - being a seasoned agent I think he should have known at the outset that perhaps this element would prevent me from having a $900k expectation. I was a little disappointed with the end price considering that $900k was what was initially discussed.
