I met Joe at an appartment he was showing and when I indicated I was interested in the property he was very helpful. My conveyancer asked for a lot of information and Joe provided that information without delay so I was able to make a formal offer. Once that offer was made it was accepted without delay and contracts were exchanged quickly. The whole process was done with speed and efficiency on Joe’s behalf which made the purchase an easy and pleasant experience and I thank him for that.
