Joe was helpful, clear, efficient, and very easy to deal with. When I told him what we were looking for, he thought he had something that suited. The house had actually been taken off the market due to a lack of interest, but he offered that we might be able to have a look because the owners might still be willing to sell. He arranged a prompt viewing and I didn't feel any pressure from him to make an offer. But it DID suit, and we made an offer that was accepted immediately; so I think both parties (seller and buyer) were very pleased. If I wanted to buy or sell again in Toowoomba, Joe would be my first choice of an agent.
