The most important thing about selling is the presentation on Real Estate .com and signage. Not only did I have lovely graphics and drone photos to show the wonderful views of my land, but it was easy to find for potential buyers. Unlike when I bought it. I couldn't even find the street from maps and there was no signage from the agent, nor good instructions. These small things become big things for buyers, and thus sellers. It was a pleasure to work with Joe, who kept in touch throughout the process. He is highly recommended.
