Joe was very professional without the 'hard sell'. He was upfront about the vendor's expectations, yet respectful of mine as a buyer too. Joe had to hand approximate current prices for those services not connected to the site, as well as possible supplier names which was useful for determining a 'total' cost to be budgeted for. Joe was a delight to deal with, and Joe's colleagues were also helpful, friendly, and very professional.
