We have dealt with many agents over the years both buying and selling and we must say Joel is an absolute stand out and would rate in our top 3 experiences. Although he showed us some properties when we were purchasers and did not buy any of them when it come to selling we felt he should be our choice from that experience. We had an on-off market timing that must have frustrated him but he still hung in there and was very polite. When it come to selling he did everything possible with honesty and integrity and made the sale process very easy.
