Almost every agent we'd spoken to were falling over themselves trying to convince us that they were the only ones with our best interests in mind, that they were the best in the business etc etc etc... From our first meeting with Joel, it was evident that he was everything other agents wanted me to believe they were (and chomping at the bit to tell me about it!) Joel had a no BS approach, very professional, with an acute knowledge of the Burleigh market. We weren't pressured at all the whole way through the sales process. Joel took away a lot of the stress associated with what could have been a really tough contract negotiation. His experience shone through, which made us feel calm and confident throughout the whole process. From initially signing with Joel, he suggested a sales strategy tailored to us, which he knew through experience would achieve us the best outcome. Most importantly though, he made sure we were comfortable with it and explained everything clearly and without any pressure. Our property was then listed for sale, and advertised professionally within 48 hours (including pro photo's, drone shots and ad copy), and we had a signed contract within 2 weeks! I'm thankful we had Joel in our corner throughout the contract negotiation, which could have been a lot more stressful than it was without Joels experience and cool nature under pressure.
