As a purchaser, I found Joel to be very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the buying process. While his job was to get the highest possible amount for the vendor, he understood my desire to pay the lowest amount possible and (perhaps just the right offer at the right time) I was able thanks to his negotiations with the vendor to get the property at a price I was happy with.
