Excellent agent to deal with

I recently dealt with Joel on a purchase in Burleigh Heads and found him excellent to work with throughout the process. He was responsive, clear in his communication and professional from start to finish. The transaction had a few moving parts, including building and pest items, repairs prior to settlement and ongoing communication between both sides, and Joel handled it well. He was practical, transparent where needed and worked constructively to keep things moving forward. As a buyer’s agent, I deal with a lot of selling agents, and Joel was one of the better ones to transact with. Would happily work with him again.
