Joel’s feedback to help him grow and learn.
From my experience with you Joel I am giving you a star, that’s ok, I can only guess you are new to your position as a real estate agent and I want to leave feed back for you to learn from.
Joel your communication was not professional at all and the content of your communication poor. In the future, when you are asked questions, it would be best to answer the exact question asked and not go off in another direction when you answer, especially when you need to clarify clearly how the selling process is proceeding.
Unfortunately we had some issues and damage to the property that were not reported to us, with the previous property manager giving us information and you were not able to answer as to what had happened, when or how and not advising proper procedures for entering the property to fix the mistake made is problematic and unfair to the existing tenants.
Joel, you didn’t offer a pre settlement inspection which I suspect was so I didn’t see the problem.
I’m not sure if you were completely honest with me during this whole selling process or if you were really unaware of what was going on, either way Joel, you need to apply yourself more and in a more professional manner.
I believe taking on this feedback is important to help you mature in realestate, but until then, I won’t be referring you to anyone.
