We used Joel to sell our house in December 2017. We had about a month between initial contact and officially going on the market, during that time Joel gave us all information available while giving us space to make the decisions and plans we wanted to have in place. Joel was respectful and helpful in gaining an outcome (within 24 hours!) that exceeded our sale price expectation, suited our tenant and catered for the requirements of the purchaer/buyers agent. We had multiple offers and when presenting them he was thorough with both back story/additional details as well as the contract conditions and related info and happy to talk through with us our thoughts and wait for us to further consider independently. It’s also worth noting that we were living interstate at the time of sale and Joel was happy to advise on the presentation and finish of works we organised to be completed for the property for it to go on the market and I feel made more frequent contact to ease the disadvantage of us not being close by. Should he have a home for sale or if we were to sell in the area again we would be more than happy to use Joel’s services.
