First off, Joel was a great listener. Unlike many other agents who took us to view homes that didn't come close to meeting our 'must have' list, Joel listened and delivered. He worked hard for the sale, but wasn't pushy in the slightest. He then worked with us to get the best possible price for our home ....exceeding our expectations. Communication was fantastic from start to finish of both our purchase and sale. We used Joel to sell our house in December 2017. We had about a month between initial contact and officially going on the market, during that time Joel gave us all information available while giving us space to make the decisions and plans we wanted to have in place.
