Good knowledge of the area with a large customers database due to having a large market share. Due to this we were able to get a sale with in 30hours of listing and before any open house inspections. Provide honest feedback relating to where we could spend money on property and where not to. Such as different marketing techniques.

Joel was very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to view the property multiple times, which was great to help us make a decision. From the very first contact I had with Joel when I was enquiring about the property he was exceptionally helpful. He went out of his way to provide me with as much information as he could about the property. He even went above and beyond by making a personalised walk through video for me when I wasn't able to attend the open home because of being overseas at the time. He provided me with so much useful information that was both honest, and realistic and I liked that he was very down to earth and practical and not trying to hard sell anything. You could tell he was trustworthy and had integrity in the way he works as a real estate agent - not trying to do a hard sell. I genuinely don't think we would have been able to buy the house if it wasn't for Joel's amazing people skills, diplomacy and ability to negotiate with the owner for extensions to the deadlines we needed due to delays in paperwork with the bank process as we were buying the house while overseas at the time. Throughout the process, he has been extremely helpful and has gone out of his way to make sure that things are working together for both sides - the seller and us, and it has been a great process. He was not phased by the challenges that cropped up along the way, requiring him to talk with the owner on our behalf and we really appreciated that so much! He understood the extra issues of buying while overseas and even put us in touch with a great lawyer who was able to handle all the legal side of things for us and it made things much easier knowing we were working with a lawyer that Joel had dealt with before. Overall I would say if you want to buy or sell a house in the Brisbane area, you can't go wrong with Joel. He will be honest, helpful and realistic and will see things through with you till the end. He makes it look easy, but I know its only because he does his job with a real passion and commitment, you can really tell he loves real estate and helping people buy their homes!
