I had contact with Joel over a number of years as he would touch base to see if I needed anything ...not intrusive but was prepared to provide his professional expertise. When I decided to sell my property there was no question as to whom I would engage, I have recommended Joel's services to neighbours and friends and they have experienced similar successful results.
