Joel and the team at Guardian were excellent. From the first pragmatic and common sense advice, to sorting out the last rats and mice, they were professional, responsive, honest and friendly. Most importantly, they sold our house in good time. We had suffered at the hands of another local (Glenhaven) agent who had failed to sell our house, so we were very sensitive to the BS and untrustworthy behaviour of some agents.
