Joel helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent agent

Dear Kristian, Joel, Katia and the team at Guardian Realty, Thank you for selling our house! At all times, your team was a pleasure to deal with - plus, we sold our house for even more than you originally predicted, so we are absolutely thrilled! Kristian - your service and attention to detail is outstanding, and you did an exemplary job of keeping us updated daily throughout the whole process. Thank you. One of the best aspects we encountered at Guardian Realty is that the entire staff works together to find buyers and market the property. I was impressed to see a large number of the agency staff come through the house in person, prior to it going on the market, so that they were fully informed of its features. It was actually through the team working together like this, that Katia actually found our final buyer. We would be very happy to utilise you and the team's service, through Guardian Realty, for our future property marketing. Thanks again, Josh Bonett
