Joel helped the reviewer buy this property

Joel is very available and communicative

As a buyer, we have found Joel to be very easy to deal with - friendly, knowledgeable and happy to step you through the process and take out the stress. He is always available to answer questions and is an excellent conduit between the vendors and the buyers (ourselves). Would highly recommend Joel and re experience as buyers has been so smooth that we are now using Joel and his skills to sell our existing property.
