Joel was always quick to respond to all our questions, one of his strong points during the sale was communication, a call was always returned when promised. His communication was proactive and clear throughout the process. Our purchasing of the home had the potential to be very stressful due to ill health but Joel facilitated a stress free environment that ensured a smooth and successful experience. He also demonstrated excellent market knowledge making him a standout real estate professional.

We first met Joel when he was pounding the footpath and we were in the middle of constructing a retaining wall out the front of our house. Joel took the time to stop for a chat and listened as we explained our vision for the property. My wife said to me after, “when we sell this place, I want to use him”. Once we had made the decision to sell after a few years and life events, Joel was patient and worked with us so that the sale suited our timelines. We appreciated his clear communication and feedback on styling and marketing options. Overall the sale process was quite smooth and any issues were dealt with quickly. We sold our house in September this year and Joel was our agent, I have nothing but praise for Joel.
