Fantastic experience selling our house!

After some recommendations from neighbours in our area, we ended up meeting with Joel and quickly decided to hire his services for our property sale. We had a few main criteria in mind when choosing an agent and a key one was communication which Joel did excellently keeping us updated and also on the buyers side giving us piece of mind that both parties were on the same page throughout the process. The marketing strategies allowed us to present our property to the right buyers in a cooling market and to receive a price that we were happy with. Having knowledge of the local market and being able to make comparisons with similar properties to ours gave us confidence when going to market and ultimately led to a relatively quick sale of our property.
