We found Joel through an open for inspection and we’re immediately taken by his positive, enthusiastic energy. We asked him to come and give us an appraisal and we’re impressed with his thorough explanation of how he would sell our home. It didn’t take long and our home was sold, Joel then matched up the settlement dated to the home we were purchasing.
