Great Sales Job In Stressful Circumstances
Joel did a fantabulous job selling our house when the first contract crashed. 3 days before the first contract fell over Joel got a back up contract that went live as soon as the first contract ended. Joel helped us work through 3 extension requests on finance from the 2nd buyer, gaining the context to have confidence in the sales process. At the end, our sale settled just 4 days after the original buyer's contract date for a great price. We thoroughly recommend Joel for his personal integrity, honesty and courage, not to mention his professional skills as a real estate agent. We would be very happy to use Joel's services again if we were selling a home in his work area!
