I felt that I was never fully informed of progress or process. I've sold eight properties now and this has been my worst experience ...by far. It may simply be that times have changed and I haven't, to the same degree. Secrecy seemed paramount often. Maybe that's today's expectation of the buyer. I prefer an 'open' climate but suspect this won't happen for quite a while' I've always found the commission system perplexing as often expensive properties are less work to sell than cheaper, but more difficult sales. I note a sales' system being advertised now. I wonder if it will succeed' I feel now that the present system is designed to make as much money as possible for as many participants as possible....except the buyer and seller. I believe this system has a limited life. But Joel was good to work with. He follows current protocols. Thanks for the opportunity. Bill Mark

Joel has been absolutely fantastic during the whole process of us buying our new home. During our initial meeting when reviewing the property Joel was polite, curious, helpful and very easy to talk to. He went above and beyond taking the time to talk us through the buying of a house and what to expect at an auction. If we hadn't meet Joel I don't think we would have returned to the auction. I was surprised that Joel remembered us when we attended the auction as I believe he would probably meet a lot of people in his line of work. He was once again warm, friendly and helpful. We can't thank Joel enough for all the support and guidance he has given us whilst purchasing our dream family home.
