Joel showed persistence in getting me the sale I wanted. I highly recommend Joel for anyone interested in selling or even buying a house with his can do attitude and friendly service I would have to say is second to none.

Good guy, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, relates well with people. Was able to up negotiate a good property price with multiple perspective buyers. Only negative was communication was not equal with both owners. Often only one owner sent marketing reports or informed of events but not the other. This led to some awkward situations (eg: buyer brought around for final inspection whilst uninformed owner still packing up belongings and house was in a mess). House still sold though so goal achieved.

Joel is very approachable, very friendly and went that extra mile when selling my house.
