12/72 Ardyne Street Murrumbeena, 3163 Victoria. 1st December 2014 To whom it may concern, In October 2014, I was entrusted to help sell my mother’s home in East st Kilda. As my mother is elderly and with health issues, we required an agent who was not only was a hard worker and efficient, but who also had a great sensitivity to the situation. We interviewed five prominent local agents and selected Joey as he presented an excellent sales strategy plan in a short time and he appeared to be the most open to conducting the sale in a way that would be comfortable for my mother. Joey was great at ensuring everything was organised, thus taking away much of the stress of the process. Communications were timely, with an appropriate amount of detail and always purposeful. The house sold pre-auction for a price we were happy to accept, thus eliminating the need for an auction, which we were not keen on pursuing. Though Joey provided excellent guidance we did not feel pushed in any way to make decisions we were not fully happy with.
